THE SERVICE: Please check all the details and conditions of the accommodation, feel free to ask any questions and ensure that this is the ideal accommodation for your stay. We will be here to welcome you and ensure that everything will be as announced. We are an unassisted accommodation where we hope you challenge yourself to be autonomous, independent and responsible during your stay, and, although we do not have a 24/7 concierge service, we will always be available to support you with whatever is necessary at times and normal working days (except urgent situations).

THE BEDROOM: Bedroom in a 4-bedroom apartment, on the first floor of a century-old building, without elevator. It is the smallest private room in the apartment, with a maximum capacity for up to 2 people (if included in the reservation), with a double bed 140x200cm, heating and fan, open wardrobe and 30'' flat screen TV and 5G fiber wifi up to 200Mbts. This room shares a complete bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer and an extra shower, both outside the room, with 2 other bedrooms in the apartment (up to 6 people in total).

All guests in the 4 rooms (up to 8 guests) share a kitchen equipped with a gas 4-burner stove, oven and water heating, microwave and coffee machine, fridge and freezer, pots, pans, crockery and kitchen cutlery , washing machine and outdoor extension rack. There is also a small winter garden where it is possible to have meals or work. Spaces are properly organized for each room where guests have to keep their belongings and food so they are not considered for collective use or removed during the daily cleaning period (10am-2pm). The quiet period (10pm-8am) must be respected, during which it is not possible to cook.

We like our guests to consider that this is a shared space where global diversity abounds and demands respect and tolerance from everyone, as well as strict compliance with the rules we choose to balance the environment we want to provide.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD: NOTE THAT LISBON IS THE CITY OF 7 HILLS. With the exception of the riverside promenade, which is flat, all other streets in the city are inclined sidewalks, sometimes steep. Come prepared!

The Estrela neighborhood is one of Lisbon's typical historical places. It is a quiet residential neighborhood, not in the city center, but about a 20-minute walk away. Within a radius of 1.5 km (15-20 minutes on foot) you will find monuments such as the Basílica da Estrela or the Chafariz da Esperança, the Jardim da Estrela and Tapada das Necessidades, the National Museum of Ancient Art and the Marionette Museum. Fun is also on the doorstep, Porto de Lisboa (750m – 10 minutes walk), Doca de Santo Amaro or Largo de Santos (1 ,2km – 15 minutes on foot), Bairro Alto (2.5 km – 30 minutes on foot), Rossio, Praça do Comércio, Belém or Castelo de São Jorge (between 3-4 km – 40-60 minutes on foot) can be reached by bus (bus stop 714 (direction Praça da Figueira) 2 minutes walk) or the typical Tram 28 (tram stop 15 minutes walk). Along the way there are connections to Sintra (Rossio Station), Cascais (Cais do Sodré station) and the fantastic beaches of Caparica (Barco Cais do Sodre-Cacilhas).

Parking is not an easy option! Payment is made at the building's door during the day and exclusively for residents at night. There is only the Infante Santo Parking Lot, around a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.

When going down the street from the accommodation (5 minutes walk), on Rua Presidente Arriaga, bus 714 to the right goes to Belém and to the left goes to downtown (Santos, Cais do Sodré, Praça do Comercio and Rossio ). The Metro is scheduled for January 2025.

THE CONDITIONS: Please note that this is a furnished and equipped accommodation available for tourist or non-permanent temporary purposes, in which all expenses are included, therefore exclusive access to the people included in this reservation and mandatory registered until check-in through identification document.

Also because it is located in a residential building with specific rules of mandatory compliance related to noise, cleaning, maintenance and respect adopted by the condominium.

Consider that we are just an accommodation. As a courtesy, we provide desks, work chairs and 5G Wi-Fi, but we are not an office itself. We also provide information about transport, restaurants and points of interest, but we are not a travel agency per se. We are also available to help with whatever is necessary, preferably on weekdays during business hours (10am-8pm) (except urgent situations), but we do not have a 24/7 concierge service.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and building and we do not accept pets.

This space is not suitable for the accommodation of minors or adults with cognitive or motor difficulties (chronic or induced) without an adult and responsible companion , as it requires the cautious use of equipment and items, as well as respect and tolerance for others, the property and the neighborhood in general and also strict compliance with the rules we have chosen to balance the environment we want to provide.
