We will be here to welcome you and ensure that everything will be as announced. We are an unassisted accommodation where we hope you challenge yourself to be autonomous, independent and responsible during your stay, and, although we do not have a 24/7 concierge service, we will always be available to support you with whatever is necessary at times and normal working days (except urgent situations).

THE MIXED DORM: Bed in a small mixed dormitory, ground floor, in a traditional and centuries-old fishing village of Caparicana. The dormitory is mixed and accommodates up to 12 people in 6 bunk beds measuring 90×200, each with a reading lamp, 220v socket, USB and USBC, wardrobe with hangers, privacy curtains, bath and face towels and individual lockers with a 70x40x30cm lock. The beds are distributed in a room with up to 8 people and another with up to 4 people and both serve as a passage to a shared bathroom with 3 individual toilets, 3 individual showers, 4 washbasins, 2 hairdryers and shower gel. The kitchenette is equipped with a electric 4-burner stove, oven and water heater, microwave, American refrigerator with freezer, pans, pans, crockery and cutlery. Spaces are properly organized for each bed where guests have to keep their belongings and food so that they are not considered for collective use or removed during the daily cleaning period (10am-4pm). The quiet period (10pm-8am) must be respected, during which it is not possible to cook.

All guests of the 4 private apartments, 4 private rooms and the small hostel in Vila Maria share a living room with fireplace, 40'' flat screen TV, cinema projector and area with desk and work chairs, a sunny garden with different living areas and a swimming pool measuring 4x6m and 1.33 deep, heated and with salt water open all year round. Always surrounded by lots of natural vegetation, a small herb garden and fruit trees in a very familiar and relaxed atmosphere.

We like our guests to consider that this is a shared space where global diversity abounds and demands respect and tolerance from everyone, as well as strict compliance with the rules we choose to balance the environment we want to provide.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Costa de Caparica is approximately 20km from both the center of Lisbon and Lisbon airport. It is around 30 minutes by car or 1 hour by public transport.

We do not have private parking, but public parking on the street is free (except in areas designated for residents). It is subject to availability and reservations are not possible.

The apartment in the center of Costa de Caparica, but in a very quiet neighborhood where everything is within a walking distance of 5 to 10 minutes: Supermarkets, Laundries, Commerce, Restaurants, Beaches and Bus Stops to Lisbon, to Universities (FCT -UNL, Egas Moniz School and Instituto Piaget) and the surrounding area.

It is the immensity of the sea that stretches across the 20km walkable beach of golden sand warmed by 300 days/year of sun, the lonely noise of the strong and challenging winter waves (for more daring and experienced surfers and walkers), the buzz of the crowds on hot summer days, the dancing of kites in the blue sky and the magical sunsets on the horizon where the sky meets the sea, which is the strong point of Costa de Caparica. But don't miss a visit to CONVENTO DOS CAPUCHOS, a walk on the PASSADIÇOS DA MATA DOS MEDOS, a sunset at the DR bar. BERNARD or a romantic dinner at RESTAURANT PONTO FINAL.

THE CONDITIONS: Please note that this is a furnished and equipped accommodation available for tourist or non-permanent temporary purposes, in which all expenses are included, therefore exclusive access to the people included in this reservation and mandatory registered until check-in through identification document.

Also because it is located in a residential building with specific rules of mandatory compliance related to noise, cleaning, maintenance and respect adopted by the condominium.

Consider that we are just an accommodation. As a courtesy, we provide desks, work chairs and 5G wifi, but we are not a proper office. We also provide information about transport, restaurants and points of interest, but we are not a proper travel agency. We are also available to help with whatever is necessary, preferably on weekdays during working hours (10am-8pm) (except urgent situations), but we don't have a concierge service 24/7.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and building and we do not accept pets.

This space is not suitable for the accommodation of minors or adults with cognitive or motor difficulties (chronic or induced) without an adult and responsible companion, as it requires the cautious use of equipment and items, as well as respect and tolerance for others, the property and for the neighborhood in general and also strict compliance with the rules we chose to balance the environment we want to provide.
